Add links and images to site pages using the HTML text editor

There are pages of the software where you can add your own text and graphics using the built in HTML/Text editor. This article will explain how to upload an image and how to add a hyperlink.
 
Add an image to a page on your site.
 
Click the Insert Image icon located at the top right of the editor toolbar.

A new window will pop open.  Click the Upload tab and then click the Choose File button to locate an image on your computer.  Click the OK button to upload the image.

Enter the required alternative text for the image.  You can also adjust the size of the image to be smaller and adjust the alignment if needed.  

Click the OK button to insert the image into the page content.

If you need to update the image after inserting it into the page, double click the image to open the image pop up box.
 
 Click the Update Record button to save your changes.

Go to the page to review the photo.

How to add a hyperlink
 
Select the text you would like to link and click the Insert Hyperlink icon.

A new window will pop open.  Insert the URL to the page or website you would like to link to.

If you would like the link to open in a new window, click the Target tab and then select New Window in the drop down.  Click the OK button to save the changes.

 Click the Update Record button to save the page changes.

Open the page to review the changes.  The text that is linked should now be highlighted as a hyperlink.
