How Resume Search Works for Employers

This article describes how to setup your site to allow employers to search resumes.  There are two possible setups for this:
  1. You Charge Separately for Resume Searches - if you want to charge employers extra to search resumes, enter a resume search pricing plan in your employment back office.  If an employer attempts to search resumes, they will be prompted purchase your resume search service.
  2. You Do Not Charge Separately for Resume Searches - if you do not want to charge employers extra to search resumes, remove any resume search pricing plans in your employment back office.  With this setup an employer must have 1 running job posting or 1 active job posting subscription to be able to search resumes.  If an employer attempts to search resumes without an active job posting or active subscription, they will be prompted to post a job or purchase the job posting subscription.
