How to configure an email account in Mac Mail

Follow the steps below to set up Mac Mail to retrieve and send email from our mail server. Replace "YourDomain.com" with your actual domain name.

Go to "Accounts"

Click "+" to add new account

Select "POP"

Enter description

Enter the email address

Enter your name

Incoming Mail Server: mail.YourDomain.com

User Name: Full email address of the pop account

Password: Password of POP account

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

Choose: Add Server

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.YourDomain.com

Port: 25 (Do not check 'Use Secure Socket Layer')

Authentication: 'Password'

User Name: POP account email address

Password: Password of POP account
