Email Sending Limits

If you are using our hosting and you are wondering about how much email you can send from the email server assigned to your account, here are the rules:
 
Email accounts may not be used for spam or high volume sending.
 
Email sending activity < 1,000 messages per hour and < 5,000 messages per day.
