How to configure an email account in Mac Entourage

Follow the steps below to set up Outlook to retrieve and send email from our mail server. Replace "YourDomain.com" with your actual domain name.

Go to "Entourage/Account Settings"

Click "New/Configure account manually"

Account type: POP

Go to "Edit Account"

Enter an account name

Enter your name and the email address in "Personal Information"

Account ID: Full email address of the POP account - (e.g., username@YourDomain.com)

POP Server: mail.YourDomain.com

Password: Password of the email account

Check "Save Password in my MAC OS Keychain"

SMTP Server: mail.YourDomain.com

Click "Click here for advanced sending Options"

Select "SMTP server requires Authentication"

Select "Log on Using"

Account ID: Full Email address of POP account - (e.g., username@YourDomain.com)

Password: Password of the email account

Check "Save Password in my MAC OS Key Chain"

Close the window

Click "OK"

Close the "Accounts" window
